- Orders are taken based on first in first served. We have the rights to decline orders when we have been booked out with certain amount of orders so therefore our quality is not being jeopardised; or for any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Time Frame & Deadlines - Orders must be placed at least 6-8 weeks in advance of the required delivery date. Urgent orders may incur a surcharge on top of total price payable. Please email us before ordering.
- Stock/Availability - All stock (papers, handmade papers, envelopes, ribbons, flowers and trimmings) may vary slightly from batch to batch. We endeavour to keep good stocks of all our products, however we cannot guarantee when you place an order that sufficient stock will be available or if a particular stock has not been discontinued.
- Colours/ Finished Products - Printed colours may slightly vary between orders and samples. As all stationery is printed digitally it is possible that subtle colour variations can occur between each piece. This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing process. Stationery can not be refunded or returned because of normal printing effects. We ensure our stationery products to be of the finest quality, however since they are handmade/hand-finished therefore slight variation may occur between products.
- Errors/ Alterations - It is client responsibility to check all copy is correct. Client errors that are confirmed by email through the proofing process are to be reprinted at the client’s expense. A confirmed approval (by email) by the client agrees the order, layout and text of the proof is correct and final. Once approved no alterations may be undertaken.
- Delivery - We are not liable for any damage caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your set to reach you in perfect condition.
- Payment terms - 50% deposit when placing the order online and 50% remaining on pick up / prior to dispatch.
- Refunds - 50% deposit is not refundable, except when the stock has been discontinued or not available within the timeframe.
- Price, Design and Goods - All prices are subject to change without notice at any time. Layouts & designs may change over time. Paper Colors/Types and Bomboniere are subject to supplier’s availability.
- Acceptance of Terms & Conditions - Payment and approval of your stationery is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
