Ordering Process

 Prices:

  1. All prices displayed are GST inclusive.
  2. Sample (for all products) is not available to purchase online. Please email your request at info@msquarecreations.com.au
  3. Final Order (for all products): As postage cost are varied depending on weight or dimension, therefore we only request for you to pay a 50% of total amount when you place the final orders online. We will advise the remaining balance payable a few days prior to finish production date. If you prefer to save some postage cost, you are welcome to pick the order from our place at Concord West.

Invitations
  1. Choose an invitation style that you like best!
  2. We can cater a sample according to your request for example change the ribbon or feature paper to match your wedding theme colour (providing they are available). Please send an email to info@msquarecreations.com.au with the following details:
    1. Your names, address, contact number, email address and wedding date
    2. Invitation Type (above the picture in description page)
    3. Your preference of colour(s)
  3. Following your email we will respond within 2-3 business days to confirm your order and advise the total amount payable and method payment.
  4. Once the payment is received, your sample will be produced and mailed by Australia Post in the next 3 business days.
 
Extra Stationery (except Table Seating Display & Guest Book):
We suggest you order the sample(s) at the same time when you order the sample invitation.
 
Bomboniere (sample will have no filling)
We suggest you order the sample(s) at the same time when you order the sample invitation.
 
 
Placing the Final Order- ONLINE:
 
Payment:
 
  1. 50% deposit from total balance is payable when you place the order online.
  2. Remaining balance is due prior to pick up or dispatch.
  3. We accept payments via:
  • Credit card (Paypal: Visa, MasterCard)
  • Cash (for collections only at our place)
  • Bank transfer
  • Money order
 
Invitations:
 
  1. If you haven’t ordered a sample, choose the style that you like best.
  2. After receiving the order we will email you:
    1. Font options using your names and monograms/initials. Click here to see a sample of what we will email.
    2. Invitation wording samples, poems or wishing well wording if you haven’t finalised these. Click here to download them now.
    3. Template in Microsoft Excel for you to supply us the guest names and addresses or Click here to download it now.
  3. Once you reply with font(s) and text for the stationery, we will email you the artwork(s) for you to proof and approve. Click here to see samples of our ‘e-artwork’.
  4. Advise us any required changes. You are allowed to have 1 major change, i.e. changing the font or layout and 3 minor changes i.e. change of ceremony time, RSVP date or any details that only requires re-typing. We will send you the revised artworks until there are no changes required.
  5. When you are happy with the artwork(s) please confirm by email that all details are correct and ready to proceed to print.
 Timeframe:
  1. Production can take up to a maximum of 4 weeks from the date we receive your final approval AND the guest list.
  2. You will need roughly 5 months to organise your wedding stationery. Work backwards from your wedding date to know when you have to send and order the invitations. For example:
    Wedding date: 31 December
    RSVP date: 4-6 weeks prior wedding date (mid - end November)
    Mail out date: 4-8 weeks prior to RSVP date (end October - end September)
    Order date: 4 weeks prior to mail out date (end August)
    (The above timeframe is a suggestion only)
 
Extra Stationery:
* RSVP, Wishing Well/Gift Registry Card, Directory/Accommodation Insert:
Please order these at the same time when you order your wedding invitations.
 
Timeframe:
Place the order after your RSVP date has passed and bear in mind the following:
 
* Place Cards, Menu/Table Number, Table Seating Display: please check with the reception venue the deadline that you have to finalise guest number and menu then place the order at least 3 weeks prior to the deadline.
 
* Order of Service: one Order of Service is usually shared between two people (guest couple) or one family. So roughly about the same number as your wedding invitations. Place the order and email us the content 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. You only need to type the content in plain text and we will do the layout using monogram, font, etc. to match your invitation. After we send you the final draft please try to get the final content approval from the Marriage Celebrant/Priest (if you have a church ceremony) at least 2 weeks prior the wedding date.
 
* Guest book: at least three weeks prior to wedding date
 
* Thank you cards: at least three weeks prior to wedding date or after you come back from your honeymoon!
 
Bomboniere:
Please check with the reception venue the deadline that you have to finalise guest number then place the order at least 3 weeks prior to the deadline.
 
* Plain bomboniere: will be sent by Australia Post package.
 
* Decorated bomboniere - flat pack/no filling: will be sent by Australia Post package.
 
* Decorated bomboniere WITH fillings: are to be PICKED UP ONLY from our place at Concord West. Client is to supply the fillings (by dropping them off at our place). Alternatively we can supply Darrel Lea Chocolates or White Sugar Almond which will be charged additional to the total cost of Bomboniere. Please also check when the latest you can drop them off at the venue, this particularly crucial if you have chocolates inside. We highly not recommend having chocolate filings for summer weddings.
