Standard photo print: a basic photo print with no backing on reverse: $ 1.65 each (including envelope, minimum order 20) (please note there will be a small prints of job name – for example: johnsmith.jpg and serial number on reverse)
Magnet on reverse: extra 40 cents

What do the finished products look like?
Photo print cards: printed professionally on matt photo archival paper and mounted on a white thick card for you to write any personal messages. We can also print a generic message if you wish, please include this when you email us the order.
Handmade: a white thick base card with different embellishments. Handmade card is flat style not folded. Printing done with high quality digital laser (not inkjet) colour printer.
What is the requirement for the photo?
To achieve the best printing results, the photo must be in medium to high resolutions with the size no smaller than 600KB and no larger than 2MB. Any photo that is downloaded straight from a digital camera without being resized is usually fine. Please do not crop, resize or enhance the photo. If scanning the photo, please make sure the resolutions is 300 dpi.
How do I know the photo will be good enough to be used?
A good quality photo has good lighting (not too dark or not too light or without any sun glare) with the best angle of your child face! We do complimentary photo enhancement techniques such as red eye correction or resizing and cropping.
Can you convert a colour photo to black and white?
Yes we can and at no extra cost.
How do I send you the photo?
Please email your photo to vanilla@msquarecreations.com.au and put your full name in the subject.
I only have a hard copy photo...
Please mail it to 279 Queen Street, Concord West NSW 2138 and make sure you put the photo in a secure and safe pack (e.g. waterproof/in a plastic bag with supported backing) as we will take no responsibilities if the photo is mishandled during transit or after being delivered by Australia Post. We will then scan your photo at no extra cost and return it together with your finished products.
I have my own wording that I would like to use...
The wordings used in our designs are suggestions only. Please include your own wording when you place the order.
I like a particular design but want to use it for different occasion...
You can mix and match some layout elements from any designs in all of our galleries. Layout elements include colour, font, and size of the photo. If you have a specific colour in mind please let us know when you place the order. We will try our best to incorporate it. However since each monitor setting is varied therefore shades of colour can look different between the artwork on screen and the final printed product. Envelopes are only available in pink, blue, white or cream.
How do you take the payment?
We are in the process of establishing our online shop facility and therefore only able to receive payment by direct deposit/netbank transfer, money order or cheque. We apologise for not having the convenient of credit card facility at this stage.
How much postage and how long will I receive the order?
We use Registered Post Parcel which required a recipient signature when the parcel is delivered. The cost is $10.00 for 20 cards or $13.50 for other quantity. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery depending on locations. We do not take responsibilities for any delay, lost or any damage caused by Australia Post/third parties. We take great care in packaging your order to reach you in perfect condition.
