Vanilla

1. Choose the design that you like best then email your order [see ‘place order’ section]. If you wish to change the colour or font in the design please include this request when you place the order.

2. If the design requires a photo, email your photo to vanilla@msquarecreations.com.au - Please put your full name in subject

3. Your email order will be replied within 1-2 working days with a confirmation of the total payment required. As we are still in the process of developing our online shop, at this stage payment can only be done via direct deposit/netbank transfer, money order or cheque.

4. An artwork will be emailed to you within 1-2 working days of receiving the payment.

5. Errors/ Alterations: It is client responsibility to check the artwork and all copy is correct. You are allowed to make three revisions of colour, font, change the photo or other layout elements prior to your final approval to proceed with printing. A confirmed approval by email by the client agrees the order, layout and text of the proof is correct and final. Once approved no alterations may be undertaken, no cancellation can be done and therefore no refund or exchange can be issued. We take no responsibilities for any errors after client’s final approval.

6. Timeframe
Below is production time after client’s final approval and prior to delivery:
* Photo print cards: please allow maximum of 10 working days
* Handmade cards: please allow maximum of 15 working days

7. Delivery by Australia Post: We are not liable for any delay, lost or any damage caused by Australia Post/third parties. We take great care in packaging your order to reach you in perfect condition.
Delivery: We use Registered Post Parcel which required a recipient signature when the parcel is delivered. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

8. Each monitor settings is varied therefore shades of colour can look different between the artwork on screen and the final printed product. This is not a fault of the design. We ensure our handmade products to be of the finest quality, however since they are handmade/hand-finished therefore slight variation may occur between products.

9. We respect your privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold, unless ordered by a court of law. Your information will be used to process orders only and will be deleted once the orders are dispatched.

10. All pricing are in Australian Dollars (AUD), we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
